ScholarsWorld - AI-Powered Scholarship Discovery and Management
ScholarsWorld is a scholarship discovery and application-management platform designed to help students find relevant funding opportunities, prepare stronger applications, and manage their progress in one place. As a co-founding product designer, I contribute to shaping the product experience, turning complex academic application workflows into a more organised and accessible digital experience.

problem
Finding scholarships is only one part of the challenge. Students also need to understand eligibility requirements, prepare application documents, keep track of deadlines, and manage multiple applications simultaneously. When these tasks are spread across different platforms and tools, it becomes harder to stay organised and identify the right opportunities.
solution
The result is a unified product experience that brings scholarship discovery, application management, and preparation tools together. My contribution spans product design and the development of a more connected experience for students navigating scholarship applications. I contributed to the product experience across key workflows, including: 1. Scholarship discovery: Helping students browse, filter, and evaluate opportunities. 2. Personalised recommendations: Supporting scholarship discovery based on students' academic profiles and preferences. 3. Application tracking: Organising opportunities by application status so students can monitor their progress. 4. AI-assisted preparation: Supporting CV improvement and essay review workflows. 5. Student community: Making it easier for applicants to exchange information and learn from other students.

ScholarsWorld has reinforced the importance of designing beyond individual screens. For products with multiple interconnected workflows, the challenge is to make each feature useful on its own while ensuring the overall experience works as one coherent system.
